FEMA blocks emergency radio broadcasting in the Astrodome... "It's all about information control. There's a mindset that feels threatened by uncontrolled access to information and will do whatever it takes to put themselves in the middle of the datastream so they can monitor & censor it, or failing that put it out of business.
