Planet Ark : California Curbs Cruise Ship Pollution Near Shore: "SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation last week that would ban cruise ships from incinerating trash or dumping used shower and sink water within three miles of the California coast."
