National Story - canada.com network: "The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have launched an online database to catalogue complaints about fraud, identity theft, corporate corruption and 'white collar crime'.
The database, named Reporting Economic Crime On-Line (or RECOL), went live yesterday. The RCMP has budgeted $1 million annually to keep the system running."
